What membership options do you offer?

We offer Solo Performance for dedicated personal training and Total Wellness which integrates training with metabolic nutrition coaching. All plans are billed monthly.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

We believe in performance-based loyalty. Our memberships are flexible month-to-month plans with no long-term locked-in contracts. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.

What’s included in my membership?

Your membership covers all programmed sessions, full access to our custom training app, personalized training blocks, metabolic tracking, and bi-weekly progress reviews.

Do you offer online-only coaching?

Yes, our E-Fit Digital coaching is perfect for high-performers who need expert guidance and nutrition programming but train at their own home or gym facilities.

Booking FAQs

How do I book a session?

Book your training sessions directly through our simple online portal or member app. Just select your trainer and secure your preferred time slot in a few taps.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Any sessions cancelled after this window or missed without notice will be charged at the full session rate.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, you can easily reschedule a session via your dashboard up to 12 hours before it begins, provided your trainer has available openings in their schedule.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

We offer elite virtual coaching for those who prefer to train at home or travel often. You get the same level of expertise and performance tracking through your screen.
